Characters Name: Must be from DBZ or DBGT. Cannot be a fusioned   character or a master (MasterRoshi, Kami, Guru, King kai and any other master or trainer.

Starting Planet: The planet you would like to start out on. Can only be Earth, Namek, Vegeta, Frieza,
Yardrat, Zun, Kanassa, Arlia and Konat.
Starting Status: What you want to do. (eg. Training and items you would like to buy)
Picture: Any picture of your character for your stats, if not I will find one when I get time

You start off with a PL of 1,000 and $1,000.
